Nancy was born in Montreal, but spent her formative years in Edmonton and Calgary. After attaining her Commerce Degree, she attended two years of law school at the University of Alberta, completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia in 1991 and was called to the B.C. Bar in 1992.
The summer of 2007 was one of the most depressing summers that I had ever experienced. My body weight was at an all-time high and I was downright embarrassed. My self-esteem was at an all-time low, something had to change. I was sluggish and my attitude was bad which had a negative impact on myself and my family. I was sick and tired of being fat, depressed and negative. Something had to change and that change had to start with me. That's when my Body- for -LIFE ® Journey began.
